The place was beautiful and clean. I also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a selection of things to choose from. I enjoyed how it was conveniently located next to the Firenze train station as well making traveling easy.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was amazing the only little detail that was a bit off for me was have to pay to use the jacuzzi and requiring bath caps for the pool. Which you also had to purchase for 3 Euros.

Very nice hotel, in a great location. Especially a great location to get to and from the airport via the tram. Staff was great and held our bags for us before check in and put our bags in our room for us when it was ready. Only complaint was the WiFi did not work for us and there was a smell coming from our air conditioner.

Pro: Great friendly staff. Magdalene was great. Location is excellent. Con: No elevator,water pressure and temperature varies. No elevator- dated carpets that can be easily replaced. Tips: ask for lower floor room while booking.

Location excellent. Staff superb-Loren checked me in and was really helpful. Property is typical older Italian building with spotless rooms, nice air conditioning, nice breakfast, and walkable every where, train station and tram a block away. Cozy and tidy.

The manager and staff at Hotel Lombardia were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. The location near the tram from the Florence Airport made arriving and departing very convenient. We were just a few short blocks from the iconic Duomo.

Excellent location in Florence

The service of the staff was great, The property is located in an excellent location, however the bathroom due to lack of sufficient ventilation is covered with mildew, they have to use more often Javax …whatever they have in Italy, the room smelled very musty. But again Lauren and the rest of the staff were great friendly and super helpful
