Nice Hotel in wonderful location. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were standard but with air conditioning and clean. The breakfast was basic but very good to start the day. We were happy with that. It was just bit not nice to give the leave the keys at the eeceotin every time you leave the hotel

Good place to stay

Good hotel, with breakfast included (very complete). The room had a good size and bed was comfortable. The shower was a little bit too small for my taste but okay. Location is perfect, close to main attractions.

Perfect location for an affordable price. The hotel's facilities are a bit old and perhaps not top of the line, but it's appropriate for a cultural stay in Florence. Special mention to the staff, who were very attentive and tried to help us with all our needs.

Good location, very close to the local markets, the hotel too old and outdated, but overall clean, staff friendly, breakfast was fine. The location is the only thing I was looking for in my stay so it met my expectations location wise. If you are looking for comfort and upscale this is not it. Small rooms, bathroom extra small.

Close to train station and most places to visit Uncomfortable beds, unclean sheets , they don’t provide toiletries every day , they don’t change towels daily. Lots of mosquitoes in the room , even dead mosquitoes in the walls , very unclean Very week WiFi They only provide bed sheets for covers no more They also have not options in breakfast Laundry service is 18 euro per kilo , that is insane

If you want to be in the center of all things Florence, this is a great location. You can walk to everything. Food, historic attracts, bars, shopping…within steps of the hotel. We stayed just one night for 24hrs in Florence. The hotel is older, but in good condition. We were greeted warmly by the staff. We paid online so check in was mostly seamless. We were asked to pay the city tax in Euros, which we didn’t have. All the other hotels accepted a credit card for the city tax. After pointing that out we were instructed that we could pay it later…with euros. Our room was great. Big comfy bed, remodeled bathroom with plenty of space, and a private patio. It is viewable from other rooms, but only accessible from our room. Sheets and towels were great and I appreciated the larger shower. It was very quiet in our room. We could hear our neighbor going in and out of their room, but that didn’t bother us. Breakfast was decent. Good selection of meats and cheeses, yogurts, hot scrambled or boiled eggs, and a variety of pastries and breads. There are two coffee machines for coffee/espresso drinks. There were three types of juice offered and bottled water. Limited cereal options. Parking…you will need to park in a garage. There is one right next to the hotel, but I’m not sure what the daily fee. It will be a challenge to get to it as the streets are narrow with lots of people, but it can be done. All in all it was a really great stay. We will be back!

Our room was right off the main lobby and it was extremely loud. Beds were not the comfiest. Breakfast very basic. Excellent area and amazing walking distance to everything. We loved the little cafes down the street for breakfast.

I liked the room they gave me, it was clean and nice. The staff was always available and friendly. The hotel is well located. You reach everything quickly by feet, a carrefour express is in the same street and also the Tram station from/to the airport is close and just straight ahead with 5 minutes. Only thing which I did not like was the breakfast. Real cappuccino etc is a must in Italy. I recommend to close the window because people outside are noisy. But at all I was satisfied. Mille Grazie!

Found this hotel while panic searching a hotel in Florence. I saw they had a room available with a view of the duomo. They were right. I was lucky enough to stay in a newer area of the hotel with a renovated room. The room was clean, pretty, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Be prepared to hand your key in to the front desk every time you leave the hotel (we thought that was strange). You need that key to run the electricity in the room so if you’re traveling when it’s super hot, know that the AC won’t be running and cooling the room down while you’re out and about. There’s an elevated patio area outside with a small bar inside that stays open till about midnight. Great option if you’re back from a long day of walking and need a drink with a slight view. The room had a small fridge (can’t fit much but helps for a few small bottles), a kettle to warm water for tea or coffee, and one AC unit z
