Zona ottima a mio parere: - a una 20ina di minuti dal centro a piedi - zona tranquilla, dove magari è più facile trovare parcheggio - Vicinanza a panificio/pasticceria, bar, torrefazione, gelateria, supermercato. Vicino anche ad un bel parco. Unica pecca è la vicinanza alla ferrovia, ma a me sinceramente non mi ha dato fastidio il rumore del treno che passa, ma è una zona silenziosa, quello è l'unico rumore che può infastidire. Come spazi interni direi ottimo ed è fornito di bollitore acqua, forno, frigo e freezer, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In generale ottimo servizio, e le cose essenziali come sapone, asciugamani e lenzuola sono messe a disposizione. Disponibili i propietari e molto gentili anche gli addetti alle pulizie. Grazie dell'esperienza!!

Tolles Apartment in Ruhiger Lage. Ca. 30 Min. zu Fuss vom Dom und ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss von Bahnhof Florenz entfernt. Ein kleiner Nachteil des Apartments ist die Ringhörigkeit. Wenn die Nachbarn nicht darauf Rücksicht nehmen, kann es störend sein zur späten Stunde. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

O apartamento é reformado, muito bonito e organizado, mas o segundo quarto fica em um andar subterrâneo e este estava sem possibilidade de uso para quem sofre de problemas respiratórios e rinite alérgica devido grande umidade e cheiro de mofo. A localização é boa, a roupa e cama e banho muito limpa e boa qualidade. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Poderiam deixar um detergente de lavar pratos e disponibilizar uma cafeteira.

Nice and clean, good area.

The apartment was nice and clean, 10 minutes waking from Muratori Stazione Statuto Tranvía and 5 minutes from Penny Market, the area was good. The pillows from Giglio Green need to be replaced they were very bad and the place was plague by mosquitos. But overall is a good place to stay.

OK Place at fair price. Not more, not less.

The place itself is ok, relatively new and the put a bit of love in. Good for families, as there are no separate rooms, only platforms. Walk to center about 20 minutes (adult speed). Next bar / cafe about 5 mins at Piazza della Repubblica. There is a good place to eat the famous Fiorentina about 6-7mins walk away (Perseus), that practically all locals in town know. That is the best feature! The place is right next to a busy train track. Expect trains every few minutes, that make the building shake slightly. If you are a sensitive sleeper forget about it. The walls to the neighbouring apartments are thin. Far from Hotel standard. Expect to hear your neighbours if the arrive later then you and in a good mood. The neighbourhood itself is middle-class residential and quiet. Not much going on, even though we stayed during friday and saturday night. Pharmacy 200m. When we came the guy who brought the keys and took the cleaning money was 45 minutes (!) late, even though they send 3 sms and an e-mail about our arrival time which we answered. Appearently "someone else was late". There is no reception desk nearby. We paid 80 Euro a night - probably because of low season and booking. For that it is good.

Al llegar nos cobraron 3,50€ por persona y noche de tasas, 35€ por realizar el chekin a las 22:00h y 60€ de limpieza 129€ en total y lo gracioso que todos los techos de la casa estaban con telas de Araña, para que son esos 60€ de limpieza?
