  • Prestigious apartment for rent in Florence in the central Via dell'Oriuolo a stone's throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments of Florence. The house is located on the first floor of a magnificent historic building with a lift. Furnished with great taste, with a nice mix of ancient and modern elements, the apartment consists of large common areas, living room, dining room and kitchen, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). The house also has two terraces, one of which is very large, which overlooks a garden.

What a great location! Just steps from the Duomo, but it still felt somewhat private as the windows overlooked a private courtyard. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great on an unusually warm week in Tuscany. Thank you so much!

The property is in an excellent location! It is also very spacious and perfect for a family or two couples traveling together. My recommendations for improvement are: deep clean the upholstered furniture (the stains and such make it unappealing to use, which then reduces the amount of usable space) and tend to the patio (it’s so cute, but the dying plants are a bummer). There was also a strong sewerage smell that we came home to both days (I reported it, so hopefully it’s being taken care of). Also, the mattresses are quite firm (and I like a firm mattress, but this was a lot!). The location makes it great though—felt safe, and walking distance to everything!

The apartment is located in a great location. Very clean and spacious. 1 bedroom with one bathroom and another bedroom with a separate bathroom down the hall. No microwave. Great communication. Elevator.

This apartments is in a great location. Minutes from the main areas. It’s big and spacious with outdoor balconies but would benefit from a small patio set, so the outdoor area can be enjoyed. It has Two bathrooms which was great with our teenager. Our only issue was that we didn’t have any internet for two of the three nights we stayed there. That was a big deal to us as husband needed to work on evening and it also made planning difficult as we had bad cell service too. The WiFi was fixed on the final evening and hopefully it was just a one off. We didn’t cook, but there was a nice big fridge in the kitchen, plus a washing machine. I would definitely stay again based on the location alone (as long as the wifi worked this time!)

Great Place Even Better Location
