The central location allows you to move easily by foot or by bicycle to reach the most famous tourist destinations such as Piazza Santo Spirito, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and many others.



The apartment is furnished with design objects and with much attention of details. Located on the third floor with the presence of a lift, it is on one level consisting of a large and bright living / dining room, from which you access the corridor leading to two spacious bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. The first double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.



The district of San Frediano is one of the most frequented by young people but not only, in fact you can walk among the many craft shops, gourmet restaurants, bars and various shops with an authentic air.

Cool Clean Modern Stay in Altrarno

10 days in 100 degree Florence heat... but we always with relief opened our door to this 3rd floor oasis in Altrarno. Excellent AC, washing machine on back deck, and front deck for coffee in the morning. Very clean. Furniture very modern and comfortable enough. No weird art on the walls - bravo! Two bathrooms were great! AMAZING free off-street parking outside ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato). Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. Only negative was kitchen was lacking simplest condiments for basic cooking, notably vinegar and pepper. (Upon arrival, in cupboards we did find olive oil, salt and some sugar packets.) Convenient location for us - about 15 min stroll across Ponte Amerigo Vespucci to San Michele e Cajetan Church where we were attending ordinations. Iron and board also provided which was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and comfortable property

Location was great. Free parking was amazing. The property was large enough and had everything. They ley us check in an hour early and checkout and hour later. Only downside is they are doing contraction on the front of the building and it gets loud from 7am. We were lucky to be there on a long weekend so we had no issues till the morning we had to leave when it got loud. So be aware.
