Just don’t bother .

The room we got wasn’t the room I booked and the host put up a big fuss to change it. Lots of cigarettes smoke at the reception. Overpriced stay. Very unprofessional service .Luckily the location and the city overall make up for that but still wouldn’t recommend.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich bekam ein anderes gleichwertiges Zimmer, weil ich 3 Stunden vor dem Einscheck-Termin angekommen bin, Mein Koffer wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und alle meine Fragen wurden geduldig und ausführlich geklärt. Auch das Reinigungspersonal hat mehrmals gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Leider fand ich das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück nicht so freundlich, da konnte man schnell mal übersehen werden.

Charming Hotel in

Being a bit jet lagged and unsure of Italian hotels confused us a bit on the check in, but this was totally our fault. We did not see there was a clearly visible sign for reception. Luckily, some nice gentleman who worked there helped us out greatly! The room was small-ish but lovely. It was the perfect size for us! There was a great view from the porch balcony. The room looked just like the photos. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked from the train station, walked to the Duomo, walked to see Michelangelo's David, everything! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

В здании где расположен отель, еще несколько гостиниц, что может привезти к путанице, ресепшн располагается на 1 этаже, а сама гостиница на 3-м этаже. Администраторы отзывчивые, максимально во всем помогают. Чаще всего при бронировании онлайн не оплачивается местный налог, оплатить за него придется наличными на месте. Уборка и качество обслуживания хорошие. В принципе для неприхотливых туристов, достойный отель

Hospedagem razoável

Bem localizado. Fica no segundo andar e sem elevador. Limpeza do quando ok. Atendimento ruim, muita má vontade em ajudar ou dar dicas sobre onde ir. Nos cobraram 25 euros pela garagem de uma noite do carro. Check out às 10.30 da manhã julgamos que nos atrapalhou na programação. Se quiser café da manhã é 6 euros por pessoa.

La camera era veramente pulita, con mobilia nuova e non logorata, come invece mi è capitato in altri hotel addirittura a 4 stelle. Manca il bidet, ma c’è la doccia, che è pure bella spaziosa, quindi il problema è risolto. La collocazione è in centro, a due passi dalla stazione. La colazione era compresa e abbondante ed il personale si è confermato molto gentile. Ci ritornerei!

Boa surpresa, bom custo x beneficio

Ao chegar no hotel tivemos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos no térreo, o que foi ótimo pois evitou que tivéssemos que subir escadas com as malas. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo, confortável e silencioso. Toalhas e lençois de boa qualidade e excelente limpeza. O café da manhã foi bom e o wi fi funcionou bem. Funcionários atenciosos e localização excelente, muito perto da estação de trem e dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Excellent hotel close to station and centre

Excellent hotel close to all attractions on a quiet Street. Nice room, food and access to balcony, lovely staff. Only problem is reception on arrival is a little hidden away; sign could be clearer. - it's on the ground floor to the left of the entrance!

Sin Wi-Fi ni galletas sin gluten

La habitación es cómoda aunque son 2 pisos por escalera. Atención excelente. Desayuno variado aunque no habia galletas sin gluten y me dijeron q el desayuno era gluten free. Si bien lo ofrecen con wifi, SÓLO funciona en la recepción y no en la habitación.

Ottima posizione, bagno deludente

Ho soggiornato presso questo albergo in data 15 e 16/02. La camera accogliente e in linea con la descrizione del sito al momento della prenotazione, ha rivelato una spiacevole sorpresa nel bagno: l'assenza del bidet (non specificata sul sito) e il lavandino minuscolo hanno reso meno piacevole la permanenza. Colazione buona e ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro che la stazione.

No volberia

La habitación es cómoda pero el hotel está en un segundo piso la recepción está en un hotel vecino y no hay ascensor. Tenes q subir dos pisos para llegar a la habitación. En el baño la ducha se inundaba avisamos q no desagotaba y nadie lo soluciono. Para desayunar hay dos opciones podes ir a un hotel vecino tambien en el segundo piso donde la señora fue muy amable y muy cordial. O podes desayunar en planta baja al lado en donde te recepcionaste y donde la mujer q sirve nos trato muy poco amable. No volveria
