Fantastic location to be close to everything, helpful staff, bath was a bonus, and fairly clean BUT be warned the windows and door block zero noise and you are located on a very loud street. We were in the first room, so also heard guests come and go all night. It was very difficult to get any sleep. Plus the pillows are shocking….extremely thin and zero support. The A/C and switches all have lights, recommend bringing a sleep mask if little lights bother you sleeping. There is a bar fridge which is handy but no cups or anything. Check-in requires calling an Italian number and cannot be called via WhatsApp, this poses a problem for those travelling internationally.

We had a bad experience with check in do to poor internet connection to register online to receive a code. The code was not matching my phone number and we sent emails, then we tried calling on Viber and WatsApp to contact the property owner who had a problem with his phone, we waited 2 hours to receive a code for the key locker and to enter the property. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there’s only small refrigerator and hairdryer, but no coffee machine or tea pot, no microwave. Be aware and register early before you go to the building because is locked.

The location was good, and the check in process was fine in spite of there being no staff on site. The room was less than desirable. The shower design was ridiculous and caused a major flood the first time we used it. We learned you couldn’t put the water at full blast which was then hard to wash. There was no place to hang a towel, no place to put even a toothbrush next to the sink, no coffee, tea, or even a glass to get tap water. There was no place to put our bags so we were forced to open them on the floor, take out what we needed, and then close them again. For the price of the room and based on the photos we expected a little higher quality. It was comparable to a US version of a Motel6 at Hilton Doubletree prices.

Amazing location - About 2mins walk from Ponte Vecchio and walking distance from all the main attractions. It did feel like an escape room trying to get into the property and you only get the door codes and instructions the day before, but as long as you fully read the instructions its worth it. Do not stay here. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. What was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation was completely ruined because of the issues we experienced at this hotel. During our stay, the shower flooded, causing water damage that soaked and destroyed our belongings. The hotel knew about the issue but was unable to move us to another room, leaving us to deal with this disaster in the middle of our trip. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time dealing with damaged items, stress, and trying to get help from a hotel that showed very little urgency or care. The situation caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and completely impacted our trip. The communication throughout this entire experience was extremely disappointing. There is no one available after 6 p.m., so if you have an issue outside of those hours, you are left completely in the dark without support. The lack of responsiveness and the way guests are treated when problems arise is unacceptable. The photos online are extremely misleading and make this hotel look much nicer than it actually is. The reality is completely different. This hotel turned what should have been a memorable vacation into a nightmare. I would strongly warn others to think twice before booking here. I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Dusche kaum Wasserdruck, sicherlich 30-45 Minuten laufen lassen um auch nur ansatzweise warmes Wasser zu haben. Es waren auf Spiegel und anderen Stellen noch Barthaare des Vorgängers zu finden, es wurde also nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist dafür großartig und das Zimmer in Summe ganz hübsch eingerichtet.

The room was very clean when we arrived, but they did not clean it at all while we were there. I asked them several times and they wouldn't clean it. Why would you have a "please clean" option on the door if nobody cleans here? The check in was also terrible. Very strict check in time because "there's no front desk and they're not reachable outside of 3-6pm" but they weren't even available within that time. We arrived at 5:30pm and we couldn't get in, the door wouldn't buzz when we called the number provided and they wouldn't answer messages until the next morning. We had to stand outside until someone let us in. There is also ZERO sound proof in this room and on a busy street. With the windows closed we could hear people walking, talking, and driving. If a truck went by it sounded like a earthquake. We eventually opened the window for some fresh air and it wasn't quiter AT ALL with the windows closed. The door outside of our room to get into the main area also had no sound proofing. We could hear everyone coming and going. This room is also advertised to be over the bridge and it is not at all. It's like kind of close to it. False advertising. Would not go back
