「The room is located within easy walking distance to a coffee shop, a few restaurants, and a fun gift shop. It has a lovely view of the ocean and walking to the beach was easy. I loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. It was very clean and well appointed with everything that I needed. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay.」

「We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」

「The property appears to have been newly remodeled, and it wasn’t a cheap remodel. It was very well done. The original wood plank flooring was gorgeous. Will definitely return again. The view of the bay and the ocean in the distance was also beautiful.」
