「別館の2階のスィートに宿泊したが、バスルームの電気を消すと大量に蟻が出てくる。また、予約時に掲載写真を見て予約したが予約後、全く別の写真と差し替えられて、予約したかった部屋と変更されてしまった。キャンセルして予約し直したかったが前金で引き落としされていたので、意思疎通が上手くいかないと後々面倒そうなので、諦めた。 レストランは、魚料理は良いが肉料理は同じシェフが作ったとは思えないほどの、シロモノだった。 ホテルのまわりの景色は、とても良いと思う。」

「Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. 」
