"First off, the staff was so welcoming and helpful!! The hotel is located in the train station, perfect in case of rain. The station is full of restaurants and shops for anything you may have forgotten. Across the street is Nordstan mall, also full of restaurants, a grocery store and shopping. Its a 12 min easy walk to tourist attractions/center of the city. The hotel has a fabluous breakfast buffet every morning included. Meats, cheeses, bread, swedish pancakes, fruit/vegtables, so many more choices! Our room was extremely quiet! We heard one noise in a week. We had a fridge, electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The room was a good size, modern bathroom, large TV (never turned on) A very relaxing room as well as an inviting sitting area in the lobby. "

"Switched to this hotel and was absolutely glad I did. Right from the entrance I was welcomed and helped by Vanna who was great. Easy check in and was told about all the amenities of the hotel and area. The room was outstanding and very comfortable, maybe the best bed I’ve slept on from any hotel ive stayed at. The restaurant was great and free breakfast was amazing. Front desk was always present and helpful. Great location as it was super easy to get anywhere I wanted to go and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here next time I’m back in Gothenburg."
