No need for a review, just trying to get a hold of the property to remove the additional charge (not the deposit) that was added to my stay. I don't think we need to share with everyone about the toenail stuck to my foot or the other things about this stay.

Property was clean - we took a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Air conditioning was working properly - also there was a ceiling fan in the room. There was a fridge and microwave with coffee maker, coffee, cups, etc. Also there was a hair dryer as well. I could not tell from the website that these things were included. Very nice stay. We were there for two nights and would go back again. People were fantastic - fresh coffee every morning in the lobby.

The room was very very clean and spacious and the staff were all incredibly courteous and helpful. I only rated it a 3 out of 5 because the bed was like sleeping on a brick. I didn't get any actual sleep at all.

Room dirty when I arrived after check in time. Had to wait 20 mins for room to be available. Lobby was like a construction area so no place to even sit while I had to wait. Entire place smelled like marijuana. There was trash in the hallways and dirty towels laying in the same place in the hallway the entire stay. Awful.

I bought my own cleaning supplies. So I can it it over myself. Floors ,bathroom fridge. My bath room flooded 2 times from upstairs apt. I got to the hotel afer work, and water on the floor. Was so inconvenient after working 13 hours of night shift. They move me into anther room, that room was so filthy that I was on knees cleaning a whole day on my day off so I can be comfortable. I really deserve a refund back. Most unpleasant hotel stay, I have ever experienced. I wish I had taken pictures of the wet mops I used. My husband told me later. That I should have taken pictures. That is why I canceled the rest of reservations. I left a day earlier. Hdw.

Just looked like I didnt want to touch it honestly. Thankfully the beds looked and smelled clean. The linoleum floors need to go...looks like its been there for decades and not taken care of.

The staff was amazing very kind and helpful! My room looked to be recently renovated the bathroom tub could have been a little bit Cleaner. Everything else was great in the room. The elevator is very dirty. The hallways smell of smoke, weed and cigarettes. The pool was 7 out of 10… the water was nice, the area around the pool was not very clean. The hot tub was closed and the standing water in there is green they had a covered with a tarp.

There were damages to the room. No phone, no clock, and the mini fridge was caked in ice. The room smelled horrible when we arrived had to buy air freshener. The air conditioning work well just had old food and debris in it.
