We had a reservation and they sent us into a dirty room and said there wasn't any other rooms available. It took almost 45 minutes for them to get the room cleaned and it definitely wasn't clean. Hair in the shower, food and stuff in the floor, the microwave was missing a piece to make it functional and it was also dirty

We arrived to a dog barking in one of the rooms. The shower had hair and thick soap scum in tub. The chair and lampshades were falling apart. There was black dirt or mold blowing out of heater. I woke up in the morning with the black substance all over the bed. We used to like staying there but they have raised their prices and the place has went downhill. Wont stay there again.

Hot tub and pool did not work although it did not say when I reserved the rooms that’s why I reserved the room found a bug in our room. The breakfast was horrible and the staff wasn’t real friendly.

The room was very clean and loved that they have removed the carpet and replaced it with the LVP flooring. We stayed 3 days and the staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay. Our autistic son had an accident in the bed over night and they were great about coming in to room, changing out the bedding and giving our room a fresh once over with fresh towels and mopping of the floor. The only 4 we gave them was for the toilet in the bathroom. The handle is cracked and it makes a high pitched squeal when you flush, but that was something we can work through. Thank you Quality Inn and Staff for making our stay wonderful!!

Hotel is clean and inexpensive. Maintenance is lacking. Had to change rooms because shower was dumping more water in tub than shower head. Second room marginally better but livable. Fire extinguisher service tags in building marked 2017. Michigan law require yearly inspection and certification. While there fire alarm was being worked on and had to evacuate for several hours due to a gas leak

Not a bad place except for the lack of elevators which is my fault for not looking into. Went into the room and in the toilet was a setbof cleaning gloves floating in the bowl. Honestly I thought it was a condom at first until I realized what it was. Cleaning crew threw them in there and didn't flush. Seems like an odd way to dispose of gloves.

Dead bugs in the bathroom. The reason I chose this hotel is because it had a pool my children wanted to play in for my daughter’s birthday. It was closed and looked like it had been for awhile. Every vending machine was out of order. The room was very outdated & the beds were very old and hard. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I will never chose this hotel again.

Receptionist was very accommodating when we checked in. After staff change we discovered the refrigerator wasn't working. The new receptionist was very helpful and found us a refrigerator that worked and installed it for us. They both get extra stars. However, this points to the one problem with this hotel. Not enough staff. It seems the receptionist is also the handy man and looks after the breakfast room in the morning. Needless to say breakfast left a lot to be desired -- no coffee and food was not replenished in a timely manner because the receptionist was busy checking people out. Staff was trying to do everything but was overextended. They definitely need to hire more people at least during the breakfast hours.
