「Booked a king was given 2 single beds. No shampoo, soap or anything! Comforter was stain and looked like it needed to be washed! If you need a place to stay with no other options this is it. Otherwise spend a few more dollars and get better quality, cleanliness, and amenities!」

「My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that....
