I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. I noticed other skiers walking down the street in their Ski Boots each morning and night ...we never had to do that. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel and there is a super market down the street to get BEER ,Water and snacks . I will go back again !!! and also ...LAAX is a wonderful resort .

Ideal, preiswert und leckere Speisen

Standort des Hotels ist ideal, um mit dem öV (Haltestelle Post gleich vis-à-vis) Erkundungen und Ausflüge zu unternehmen, womit das Auto auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz belassen werden kann. Zweckmässig eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf Flims. Allerdings ist Dusche/Bad ziemlich klein. Service sehr freundlich und das eigene Steakhouse sowie die Pizzeria sind zu empfehlen. Der Zustand schlägt etwas auf den Komfort. Jedoch gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Aufenthalt war okay. Einzelzimmer mit kleinem Bett (eher unbequem) und kleiner Dusche. Für Bademantel (Sauna) 5.- Zusatz, kein Aufguss in der Sauna (muss man selber mitnehmen!), nur drei Liegeflächen, Frühstück war gut. Speiserestaurant (Steakhouse & Pizzeria) waren gut. Gratisparkplatz hinter dem Haus war toll. Shuttle-Bus alle 15min vor der Türe. Nahe der Talstation

Hotel na beira da estrada com estacionamento na frente e restaurante na parte de baixo. Fomos super bem atendidos no restaurante e tivemos uma noite agradável. Quartos mais antigos e pequenos, mas confortáveis.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Wir konnten die Zimmer schon um 11.30 beziehen und bekamen sogar noch ein Upgrade. Uns wurde bei der Ankunft die Gästekarte ausgehändigt zur freien Benutzung der lokalen Busse. Für zusätzliche 19 Franken kann man jede Bergbahn einmal pro Tag benutzen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und alles wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das Mittagessen haben wir in der Pizzeria des Hotels Vorab eingenommen. Das Essen war sehr gut und zu einem moderaten Preis. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Es ist eigentlich zu wenig für das Geld. Gastronomie ist zwar OK aber mit grossen Abstrichen, die Suppen sind mit Glutamat verfeinert, Risotto übrigens auch. Sauna ist eigentlich schön, aber Bademantel kostet extra 5 Frank ;) bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 250 .. und 3 liegen für 45 Zimmer könnte zuwenig seien :) ... halt kleinigkeiten !! Das Badezimmer ist in unserer Kategorie Winzig .. ich konnte die Dusche nicht zuschlissen ;) u.s.w. Personal ist freundlich, haben aber mehrmals den Chef wütend auf die Mitarbeiter schreiend gesehen.

Für einen Zimmerpreis von übert 300.- hats im Zimmer nicht mal eine Minibar!! Dazu kommt, dass wir im Restaurant keinen Tisch mehr bekamen, obwohl wir Hotelgäste waren. Es gab auch keine Hilfe in Bezug auf eine Tischreservation! Zimmerservice existiert ebenfalls nicht. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Enttäuschend.
