"Clean room. My only complaint would be the dirty exterior window, couldn't clearly see into the parking lot. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful, breakfast was in the top 5 of hotel breakfasts offered, there was plenty and area continuously cleaned and perfectly cooked oatmeal, normally it's a bit overcooked. In my top 5 of hotels I've stayed in, will definitely stay again in future visits to Utah."

"We had a great say but some things you should know. It is a 3 story townhouse. Garage on main level, 2nd level is kitchen and living area, third level is bedrooms. A lot of stairs. Nothing is child proofed so remember that if you have small children. Very close to highway but also very quiet. Close to lots of things including IKEA, the aquarium, shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable but on the softer side. Does have both a washer and drier on 3rd level. Kitchen is functional. Stovetop glass is cracked but still works. Well appointed enough to cook basic meals. Has a Keurig, a regular coffee maker and a hot pot to boil water for tea. We had the misfortune of having the main bedroom smoke detector chirp low battery at 6:45 Am on Christmas Eve. Maintenance guy was off for the day but the owner instacarted a battery to the property by 11:00 AM. Slept soundly that night. Awesome, and the owner is super responsive. I would rent this property again."
