  • Enjoy an elegant and central accommodation, completely renovated with a neat decoration and quality materials. Experience a stay in the heart of a former bank of France! Haussmannian building of the city ideally located in the city center. 600 meters from the castle and its 26-hectare park. Shops nearby on foot, and free parking in front of the apartment. You can enjoy all the activities of the Suisse Normande 10 km away and its remarkable views.
    The accommodation
    Studio refurbished which offers a ceiling height of 3m70.
    This beautiful volume allows travelers to benefit from a sleeping area away from the living room. A very cocooning little corner with low ceilings but enveloping in softness with memory foam bedding from the Tempur brand. Enough to feel like you're on a cloud.
    The bathroom offers a large shower with a well of natural light through glass blocks. The vanity unit is equipped with mirrors and socket.
    The kitchen is fully equipped and functional.
    The office area is spacious and bright with ethernet access.
    The apartment is equipped with plenty of storage.
    To relax, an armchair and a sofa will welcome you for moments of reading, pure musical pleasure with a small JBL speaker, or television.
    The TV measures 55 inches for the pleasure of movie lovers. Netflix can be connected to the TV.
    Internet access is optimised by fibre.
    Private access on the first floor allows complete independence from the rest of the building.
    In case of hot weather, a fan can be made available on request.
