Overall experience was good! Hotel staff were all friendly, and even kindly arranged an early check in for us. I’d searched and knew in advance that amenities were limited to a bare minimum, but I was surprised they didn’t have toothbrushes and bathrobes either; I later asked for bathrobes at the reception, and they brought them to our room in a few minutes.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights during last month’s summer vacation. The building is very beautiful, and the room’s interior is lovely and spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and provided courteous service. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay at The Inchcolm again when I visit Brisbane.
