Husband & I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate his bday. Place was cozy & clean, close to Downtown and to Sedona, we definitely felt at home. Kitchen was stocked with cooking dishes and warm blankets.

Location was perfect, close to campus and downtown. Home was clean and cozy. The beds were super squeaky with the slightest movements but the complimentary earplugs helped. The neighborhood was quiet both nights. Overall great stay!

Beautiful place; great location. Easy walk to NAU and downtown Flag. Plenty of restaurants, coffee, and shopping nearby.The home is in a nice, quiet location and is kept very clean. The heat worked very nicely in the cold weather. I also found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with tools if you wish to do some cooking! Communication with the host was great. They were responsive and all instructions were very clear.If/when I return to Flagstaff, this will be high on my list of stays.

This room is absolutely full of character! It’s cozy. It’s clean and it’s located next to old Flagstaff. Enjoyed all rooms of this little cottage. Will definitely look for it on our next return to Flagstaff!

This place was great. Easy parking. Comfy chairs. The cold water was cold and tasted good, and the hot water was hot and made for great showers. Small touches - like the spurs for curtain holders added a nice touch. Easily walkable to downtown Flag and NAU and multiple craft breweries. My wife and I loved this place and would highly recommend it for anyone.

Everything was great! Location is walking distance to NAU, restaurants and more. Home was clean, had comfortable beds, inviting living room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals while we were there. Made for a great weekend visiting my son at NAU. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing little cabin. So many amenities I felt like I was staying at a high end resort. It was just me and a friend there for 4 days and 3 nights so we didn't need much. Two bedrooms both with queen beds. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. I was surprised to find scissors as I needed to cut some foot support insoles and was glad they had them. Bathroom was stocked with things like individually wrapped earplugs, toothpicks/floss and even cotton balls. All the little signs on the walls direct you to things you need. They even had robes in the bathroom which I thought was a nice touch. Ill definitely be booking this place again when I return to Flagstaff.

2nd time staying at one of the Eclectic units. Went up to help my son get settled into his dorm at NAU. Conveniently located and great location!Property Manager is very responsive and helpful! Only thing I’d like is a softer mattress or topper option. My son liked the firmer mattress. Other than that no complaints, always clean and always quiet!If visiting NAU student it’s the perfect place to stay!

Great location, the rental has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Hot shower with good water pressure, comfy bed, and a full kitchen made it feel almost like home. Parking right outside. Would recommend to others and stay there again if presented an opportunity.

Perfect location to visit our daughter at NAU. Very clean and comfortable. Short drive to fantastic downtown area. Enjoyed sitting outside on the outdoor patio area in the evening with a bottle of wine enjoying the wonderful weather.

Very close to NAU north

Easy walking distance to North NAU - especially the wall aquatic center. Space is a tad small and limited parking but you cant beat the price and location.
