「Excellent spot! The unit was clean upon arrive, and check-in was a breeze (code on door). I was able to park only a few steps from the room, which made unpacking and loading back up extremely easy, since it allowed us to keep a lot of our beach items in the vehicle. "Steps from the beach" could be interpreted many ways, but in this case, it truly is right across the street (there are stairs right by the property as well).
