"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

"Our first trip to the area and it is beautiful. We were blessed with fine weather. The Coach House is very well presented with all mod cons and a comfortable bed. The lounge area is spacious with lovely outlook to the garden. The grounds are lovely with an array of bird life. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. Jules and Chris are very hospitable."

"This apartment is a great little place to stay. About a 2 minute walk away from town and to local groceries. Serra was an excellent communicator and made check in easy. The WiFi is sound and a great selection of shows/movies available on Netflix/disney. The only complaint I have is the property is advertised as having a washer and dryer, but I did not see a dryer at the property."

Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. "Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. The hot water boost wasn’t that effective either even when we turned it in early so 2 out of the 4 of us had cold showers. The view at the back of the building was beautiful especially when you have walked to the top...

"We loved Bourton-on-the-Water. Neither myself or my friend are tall but if we were getting up stairs and missing the main beam in living area would have been troublesome. While the website said stairs were trying, it was not noted that there’s two sets, one as difficult as the other. Tho there was construction going on next door, the workmen were polite and our neighbors were delightful!"
