「My husband and I stayed at The Atrium for 9 days for our babymoon and we were absolutely blown away. Very spacious living condition, kitchen, washer/dryer, loved the accessibility with the pool, close to our favorite beach on the island, Leeward Beach and a shuttle ride to/from the beach provided along with beach towels, beach loungers and sun umbrella. As well as a reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again! Only suggestion would be to have more a variety of knives to use for...

「エクスペディアから予約確認メールが来てから1カ月後に、オーナーから直接メールが入り、諸事情(ダブルブッキング)で泊まれなくなったのでキャンセルしたとの連絡が入った。旅行日が迫っていたので、エクスペディアにも電話して対応をお願いしたが、自分で対応するしかないとの返事。オーナーと3週間ほど何度もメールのやり取りをした結果、この宿泊施設(Cekers Townhouse)を紹介されて泊まりました。元の宿泊施設は街の中心部まで歩いて5分、海が目の前のロケーション。3ベッドルーム。しかし、紹介された宿泊施設は街の中心部まで車で5分、海までは歩いて15分、2ベッドルーム。条件は悪化していますが、一切の値引きに応じてくれませんでした。 既に他のホテルはいっぱいで予算内で泊まれる所はなく、飛行機のチケットも変更できず、エクスペディアからも「オーナーと交渉して代替施設を紹介してもらうしかない」と言われ、やむなく泊まる判断をしました。 旅行前に、これだけ嫌な思いをしたのは初めてです。この宿泊施設では、他にも同じような事象が発生しているようです。この宿泊施設を利用する方は十分ご注意下さい。」

「Beach Enclave was stunning. Satheesh our butler was amazing and went over the top to make our stay great. If you are looking for quiet and calm shallow water I’d stay in long bay. If you want deeper water with waves I’d stay on the grace bay side.」

「I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. 「Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic.
