"Everything was perfect for a holiday in the sun. The house is amazing - a very interesting old house, as well as being very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The mattresses are thick and good quality and the bathrooms are modern.The pool area is excellent - good size of pool in a beautiful garden with lots of comfy sunbeds and easy chairs below an ancient tree. A dining table and chairs in the shaded area provides a great area for al fresco lunches.Vassiliki, our hostess, is lovely - very helpful and available to sort out any problems, along with her husband if necessary!We (a group of 4 old friends) have stayed in several villas in Kefalonia and have finally found the one we will be happy to return to time and time again."

"Lovely villa with a large swimming pool and located very close to tavernas in Fiskardo.The property is rather high and there is a steep approach from the entrance gate to the villa.Othjerwise everything was excellently located."

"The lady at the reception was very helpful with whatever we needed. The only negative was when we first arrived we had to bring our luggage down a flight of stairs. The hotel was well positioned to enjoy the many restaurants at night and take a walk along the water. "

"We had the most amazing two-week stay at Faros Residence in Fiskardo and have already booked to return next year – that’s how much we loved it! The apartment was beautiful, but what truly blew us away was the incredible terrace and breathtaking views. We spent hours just relaxing and watching the boats come and go – it was so peaceful and calming. The swimming pool, though small, was perfect for cooling off, and I often had it all to myself. It felt like a private oasis! One of the biggest highlights was the daily servicing of the apartment – fresh bedding and towels throughout our stay made it feel like a luxury hotel, while still having the comfort and privacy of a self-contained space. A special thank you to Violtza, who came daily to clean. She was so kind, friendly, and clearly took pride in her work – it was such a treat having her around. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, from assisting with our luggage and shopping on arrival to helping us with next year’s booking dates. They truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to Fiskardo port, where you’ll find a fantastic selection of restaurants. We didn’t have a single bad meal – every place had wonderful food and lovely staff. There’s free parking at the apartments, and I’d definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the island at your own pace. Faros Residence is a gem – peaceful, luxurious, and perfectly located. Thoroughly recommend"
