"The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. "Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib. Dinner in restaurant was poor - we were the only customers and had to wait nearly an hour for food. Which was cold. Egg in soup was cold and undercooked. Breakfast was also bad. 30 minute wait for coffee. Half our food never came. Definitely would not ever return here. "
