"Older but very well maintained, helpful friendly staff, great location and on the Yampa River."

"It was interesting with it being a very new hotel. Our room smelt pretty bad. Like it had pets in it and they were trying to cover up the smell. Also no coffee makes in the rooms only down stairs, which was a pain for someone who was working in their room. Our A/C unit really didn’t seem to work through the night like it should have for being only 7 months old."

"The hotel was clean as was our room and the bedding was very comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The one gripe I have is that they charged like $14 a day to park the car. There wasn’t any mention of a parking fee on the reservation, and although it was noted on the parking placard they give you for your dashboard, I didn’t even notice it until we check out. I thought the placard was just to indicate that you were authorized to park there. There’s plenty of parking so I was shocked to...

"This was a great place to stay on our motorcycle trip through Colorado. The staff was great and gave us a first floor room, so we could park our motos outside the window. The location is great for checking out Steamboat Springs. This place has been renovates and kept up. It's very nice compared to many older lodge-style motels."

"Everything was top notch! The staff was incredibly helpful. The amenities are awesome, and the shuttle that takes you into town was super convenient. It’s a beautiful location… highly recommend."

"We loved our stay! The room we booked seemed basic, but upon arrival was large with three giant windows to see the mountains. Their pool was heated and an awesome spot at the end of a ski day since it was 70°. Super convenient to the slopes, they take your skis down there for you, and just a really amazing time!"

"Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!"
