「The home is in a good location but unfortunately not well maintained, the air conditioning went from barely working to completely broken during our stay, with temperatures in the house in the 80s all night long. The hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our stay. 40% of our total costs for the stay were landlord and vrbo fees, The property manager even tried to add on an additional unlisted fee which I had to argue to the point vrbo customer service had to tell them no. Completely...

「Very nice, clean, modern and quaint little place. Great location. Great neighborhood to walk in and quiet. ONLY improvement I would recommend is a jacket hook near the shoe mat. Thank you for a very nice landing during our niece's wedding. Would definitely stay here again!」

The host is wonderful and communicative. Great place to stay with a surrounding neighborhood with lots of trees and shade. Great for walks!」

「My family of 5 and 3 dogs stated at this home. There was plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 1 bath. My teenage youth really enjoyed the back yard and listening to music, sitting in the hot tub, and hammock. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed the stay and wished we would have stayed in this home longer.」

「This property has everything needed for a long term stay. It was very clean, finishing comfortable and the location is great. This was my second stay there and I look forward to staying at this property again in the future. I especially liked the outdoor automatic lighting that comes on when you pull into your parking spot. Not only is it convenient, it made me feel safer. Check in, check out, and communication with the host were great.」
