「一般的なモーテルというよりは、バックパッカー向けの安宿に近い感じ。 何と言っても、駐車場が、部屋数より少なく、路駐させられるはめになった。（モーテル失格） 町の中心地からも、少し離れて、周りには店もない。 朝食が美味しいという口コミが多かったが、パンの種類も 食パンとあと1種類で、全体的には粗食。ただ、手作りのオムレツと 目玉焼きのどちらかが付いてくる点は、確かによかった。 受付のお兄さんは、愛想良く、いろいろ説明してくれたが、こちらは さっさと部屋に入りたいのに、長々と説明されて閉口。 また、当方が翌日のミルフォードサウンドの船を予約してないと 言ったら、「満席で乗れないかも。今日の内に予約しておくべき、 やってあげようか」と親切に言われたが、実際に言ってみると ガラガラ。本当にこの時期（3月末の平日）満席の可能性があったのか、 それとも手数料目当てなのかは不明」

「Very nice & quiet 2 bedroom B&B. The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating. Jeff had a fire in the wood stove in the morning and evening to take off the fall chill. Hot tub outside, where we sat with a glass of wine watching the sheep graze in the neighboring pasture. Lovely location a few kilometers south of Te Anau. 」

「The room was very nice with lots of room for luggage and it had all the necessary amenities as well as the little extras like cookies and chocolate. The hosts were great, giving us lots of useful information and the breakfast they provided was wonderful. The heated bathroom floors were a real luxury.」
