「Really cool little town with a great castle ruin.」

「The apartment was exceptionally clean, Close to the shops , parking a little tight with a larger car , had a lovely stay」

「Once I got my head past the idea that ‘this is not a Marriott’ I came to realize this is a great hotel. Room was comfortable. I was able to park right outside the hotel front door every night. Breakfast was good. The bar area is well presented with a good mix of locals and tourists to talk to. Room attended to daily. The local town is very pleasant. Some great coffee shops and pubs.」

「A lovely central spot in the heart of Richmond. Staff were excellent and the breakfast is exceptional with local produce used. Would highly recommend」

「The room was nice and the bedding was amazing. Only thing to spoilt it was the such noisy plumbing, seriously, a tap on , toilet flick and shower was shocking, A poor nights sleep and the pipes were banging. Friendly staff but I couldn’t stay because of the noise x」

「Helpful staff , excellent room」

「A charming, clean and well kept property. Very comfortable bed and superb breakfast. A warm welcome, helpful and friendly owners.」

「Good location with excellent views, unfortunately room was very basic and smelt damp. The shower was poor and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Continental breakfast in October??? Over priced stay for basic amenities.」

「This is superb quirky hotel/pub to stay at. food very high end / good description is Michelin star without being nominated! Each room has a different different theme - all very quirky with ‘surprises’ to match theme. Everyone we spoke to were return visitors - this is THE place to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. Higher end price bracket but worth it - they do have mid week offers.will definitely return」

「Great location」

「I've stayed here, overnight, on two occasions in the last month. During both stays I have come down for a continental breakfast either at 7.45am or 8.30am only to find the through door into the breakfast area was locked and no one around to give access. This meant I had to go to a nearby shop to buy breakfast at an extra cost to me even though it was already part of my booking cost. On both occasions complained afterwards to the pub manager and received no apology as he stated breakfast was at...
