-The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Rosa de los Vientos Avenue number 15, location 6, commercial name SevendGroup / BenidormBooking.
- €200 is retained upon arrival on card as a deposit or cash failing that.
-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season can be delayed to 6:00 p.m.) For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. you must contact the agency to receive instructions.
-Check out before 11:00 a.m.
-Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

Great cozy apartment with incredible sea view on a balcony. Very clean and bright, super comfy bed and really well equipped. Lovely furnished with very good taste of decoration. We had everything we needed. Location was excellent, close to everything you’d need - 200m from Carefour express, 100m from the beach, a pool nearby the house. Underground parking with straight access to the lift. Looking forward to visiting this place again! Not related to the apartment - just a friendly advice: avoid Centauro if you rent a car at any price!

Super lokalizacja. Widok wspaniały. Wszystko dokładnie jak w opisie. Bardzo czysto. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Bardzo wygodny materac w sypialni. Jedyna rzecz której brakowało, chociaż to raczej w sezonie letnim, to leżaki plażowe. Odbiór/zdanie kluczy w dzień wolny od pracy, bez problemu ze skrytki przed biurem. Bardzo blisko piekarnia, supermarkt oraz różne przytulne miejsca, gdzie można usiąść na pysznej kawie i delektować się widokami.
