"This was part of a two stage trip and after a 6 hour drive we entered the pleasant good sized car park. The room we were given was very nice and a decent size. The meals were excellent and brought to us in good time, including a ver good breakfast. Best of all were the staff who were pleasant and efficient throughout. "

We loved how quiet and peaceful the farmhouse was - it reminded us of home (British Columbia). The continental breakfast was great, and so was all of the staff. "The property was amazing and our room was lovely. They thought of everything when the property was remodeled. The lighting was great and the layout was fantastic. I appreciated the placement of electrical outlets and mirrors to allow us “ladies” to get ready for the day. The staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in the cozy bar and then off to bed to enjoy the best night of sleep I’ve had since we arrived in Scotland 12 days ago. Thank you!"

"This was repeat business. Already stayed in that room years before. Very spacious and quiet. Loved the complimentary Wafer biscuits! Continental Breakfast, well catered for, in the Bar/Bakery is a clever culinary trap! Once the Scones/Shortbread/Cakes get out of the kitchen, spreading amzing smells, one feels compelled to purchase those delicacies for later in your trip. Staff super friendly. Ever so lucky to find a space in main street to park the car. Very practical place to stop whether you are going North or catching a ferry towards Islay or driving to the Mull of Kintyre. Recommends "
