「No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on.
