Welcome to Anchor at The Bay - Beautiful, spacious, light and airy coastal cottage in a quiet part of The Bay Holiday Village - ideal for family holidays - with driveway parking and access to a 7kwh charger.

Featuring new solid wood furniture, new beds and carpets throughout, new kitchen and a luxury leather sofa (electric recliner) this is a beautiful property for a large family.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead is a large kitchen (refurbished November 2023) with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer, plus extra touches like a Tassimo coffee machine, a large Ninja Airfryer and a separate drinks fridge. We also feature a heated towel rail in the kitchen for drying all your beach essentials after a day out!

There is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended oak dining table seating 6 (plus highchair) with French doors to the patio, separate sofa and large wall-mounted Smart TV.

Across the hall there is a comfortable lounge with luxury corner sofa (seats 6 with recliner), large smart TV and Dolby Atmos Soundbar (enabled for amazon prime, now TV and Netflix), with French door to the patio which can seat 8 and a fabulous brick built BBQ.

Free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout. There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs.

Upstairs there's a large galleried landing, with 3 bedrooms (two kingsize rooms (one air conditioned) and 1 twin room) and a luxury bathroom off. The master and the other king room have windows to both sides making it a lovely light and airy space. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs, and plenty of storage options for clothing and personal items. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with rainforest shower as a well as a large heated towel radiator to dry your clothes / towels.

Outside there are two dedicated off street parking bays with EV charger (7kwH) as well as access to shared parking bays, a private patio with seating for 8, a BBQ, and communal lawns.

Anchor at The Bay is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!
