Dog & family friendly 2 bedroom sleeps 6, 10 mins walk to the beach

Set within The Bay, Filey, Waves Edge is a great family location. Free access to the indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room included. Dog friendly too - 2 dogs welcome free of charge. Plus just 10 mins walk to the gorgeous 5 mile soft sand beach in Filey, North Yorkshire. So much to do and stays from 1 night all year.

Waves Edge is a spacious 1st floor 2-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has bunk beds. There is a large sofabed in the living room so Waves Edge can sleep 6 people. The family bathroom is a large bath with shower over.

If your group size is 4 or fewer, please message if you wish to use the sofa bed as we assume you won’t need it.

The bedrooms are made on arrival and we provide a hand towel and bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels, pool towels and dog towels.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook including, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. Plenty of crockery and pans. For allergey reasons, we do not provide any edible items like salt or oil. We do provide J-cloth, dish sponge and T-towel. We also have a washer/dryer.

We provide smart TVs and complementary wifi access. The leisure centre access is included within the booking. This gives you free access to a pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room and gym. There is also other onsite activities that are free like a playground, boules court and table tennis table. The arcade, tennis court and activities are an optional extra. There is a pub, shop and chemist on site.

The beach is dog friendly all year and is a 10 mins stroll through The Bay. This 5 mile soft sand beach is a wonderful way to walk into Filey town or to enjoy a swim and some sandcastle making!

We have very relaxed dog rules. Yes dogs are allowed on the sofa (please bring a throw). Yes dogs are allowed on the beds if you bring your own duvet cover and sheet to cover ours. Yes dogs can be left for short periods if they are settled. 2 dogs welcome.

Site rules mean we cannot accept the following breeds: XL Bully, Pitbull Terrier, Fila Braziliero, Dogo Argentino, Japanese Tosa, any other dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act or legally required to be muzzled.
