Ground floor of air-conditioned villa for 2/4 people, 46m² living area, 40m² covered terrace, 220m² plot + parking, Wi-Fi internet access.

The large covered terrace with dining room and summer lounge, the easily modular living room and the bay windows make the accommodation practical and spacious in summer giving a large living space in day mode and two independent bedrooms in night mode .

Located in the village of Poggiale, 10 minutes from the beaches of Caldarello, 20 minutes from Bonifacio, 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and its beaches (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia ...).
At 8 minutes, in the villages of Pianottoli and Figari, you can find different local shops (supermarket, butcher, bookseller, post office, hairdresser, restaurant ...).
For windsurfers and kitesurfers, the Figari spot is 10 minutes away and that of La Tonnara 15 minutes.

Owners living upstairs, quiet, discreet and available for any information and advice.

Una vacanza da sogno in una casa da sogno

La nostra vacanza è stata ad Agosto 3 settimane e La nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva, Johanna e Kevin sono persone meravigliose, la casa è curata in ogni minimo particolare, è tenuta benissimo e dotata di ogni confort, la zona essendo molto silenziosa e ventilata è perfetta per un relax totale. Le spiagge distano a 5 minuti in macchina e i supermercati a 3 minuti. Siamo davvero felici di aver potuto trascorrere le nostre vacanze in questo luogo magnifico.

Excellent séjour !

Un accueil très agréable ! Kevin et Johanna sont disponibles et donnent les bonnes adresses de la Corse ;). L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours. Le lieu est très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. On recommande à 100% !! et encore merci à vous Johanna & Kevin.

Juste magnifique

Pour notre première expérience en corse, ce fut un sans faute … 😜👍en effet l appartement répondait à toutes nos espérances . Très propre, beau , très bien équipé. Les propriétaires se sont montrés accueillants tout en restant très discrets . Ils nous ont donné des conseils avisés et il est vrai que la propriété est très bien située. Elle est à la fois très proche de l aéroport Figari 10 a 15 mn , idem pour les plus belles plages de corse du sud , et pour ceux qui aiment comme nous aller au restaurant le soir Porto Vecchio et la belle architecture de Bonifacio sont à maxi 30 mn . Bref…. Tout pour vous donner envie de revenir !!!! Annick

Un havre de paix

L’appartement est très agréable et conforme à la description. Situé dans un hameau calme, nous y avons trouvé le calme et la tranquillité que nous recherchions tout en profitant des paysages sublimes que nous offre la corse, entre son littoral et ses montagnes.

Une propriété superbe

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. Dès notre arrivée, les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux Ils vous proposent tous les endroits à visiter le jour de votre arrivée. (si vous le souhaitez) Super bien situé, nous vous recommandons ce rez de villa au calme. Tout simplement extra, vous n'allez pas être déçu.

Casa Figari comoda e accogliente

Très bon éjour à Poggiale

Bonjour, Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Poggiale. Très bon séjour. L'accueil à été très chaleureux. Johanna et Kevin savent y faire. L'appartement est de très bon standing, très propre et bien conçu. La décoration est très séduisante. La grande terrasse permet de profiter de la soirée. Tout est très fonctionnel, pas de promiscuité , mais de la tranquillité. Possibilité de garer une remorque si vous faites de la planche à voile. On reviendra c'est promis. Kattalin et Christian Bordeaux

Poggiale !!! Kevin et johanna vous accueilleront dans cette appartement au goût et conception digne des meilleurs appartements du continent ,modernité et propreté garanti.... On a été conquis et reviendrons sans aucun recul ...les cinq étoiles sont sans équivoque!!!! Des propriétaires disponible pour des conseils et sportifs...et à votre écoute.. Points négatifs on en a pas trouver?!!!! Vous serez surpris......n ésitez plus.... Nous on a adorée Pat et christ (Montpellier)

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines à Poggiale dans ce rez de maison très confortable et parfaitement équipé. L'immense terrasse couverte est un plus indéniable, le calme est absolu et les propriétaires d'une discrétion exemplaire. Nul doute que nous reviendrons dans ce havre de paix.

Johanna nous a accueillis chaleureusement tout en nous faisant découvrir le logement parfait à tout point de vue : propreté, équipement, literie... Nous avons énormément apprécié la belle terrasse couverte, elle aussi meublée avec goût. Aucune mauvaise surprise ! de plus Kevin et Johanna ont annoté une carte ign permettant ainsi de découvrir des sentiers, des plages moins fréquentées mais très belles. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location, y compris à nos amis.

Nous avons été ravis par cette location et par l'accueil de son propriétaire qui nous a donné d'emblée quelques conseils de balades, resto, commerces, etc... cet appartement neuf est parfait, propre, moderne, bonne literie, terrasse trés agréable, jardin sans vis à vis et endroit trés calme, bien situé pour effectuer de belles balades sans faire trop de kms : Porto Vecchio (et ses plages), Bonifacio, Propriano, Sartène, et les fameuses Aiguilles de Bavella, incontournables ! A louer sans hésitation ! tres belle semaine... nous n'avions plus envie de partir !

Superbe location moderne très bien équipée avec tout le confort possible et située dans un endroit calme. Bien placée pour visiter le Sud de la Corse (Bonifacio,Bavella,iles Lavezzi,etc) et de plus située prés de l'aéroport de Figari (nous sommes venus en avion). Le propriétaire est très sympathique , de bon conseil et toujours disponible. Location à recommander vivement et si nous revenons dans le Sud, c'est là que nous réserverons sans hésitation.

La location est propre et très bien entretenue.Tous les équipements nécessaires au séjour sont à disposition et tout est fait pour un confort optimal. La situtation géographique est à privilégier pour les personnes recherchant le calme et la proximité avec les commerces (env 5 kms) et les plages (env 15 à 20 mns). Enfin, les propriétaires sont très accueillants, ils prennent le temps de parler de leur belle région et de dispenser des conseils pour les visites incontournables (une carte et un guide sont d'ailleurs mis à disposition). Ils sont à la fois discrets et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. En résumé, une location très agréable, que nous recommandons vivement

Nous avons passé une quinzaine excellente : le logement est neuf , de qualité et très calme. Très belle et très grande terrasse. la cuisine est super bien équipée. La literie est très confortable et de grande qualité. Vastes rangements très pratiques. La clim est fort appréciable les jours de grosse chaleur. Le tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont soucieux du confort des locataires, de bon conseil et très discrets. Le logement est situé à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio et la plage de Caldarello (très calme), à 15 minutes en voiture, invite au farniente. Location à recommander.
