"This is our second stay at this property and we will be back! Communication is great. Easy check in. The house is private, clean, air conditioning works perfect, plenty of space. Although we only needed space for two, plenty of space for more. Parking right at the house. Location central to a lot of local attractions. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We didn't have much time to find a place to get away from all the stress and tension of daily life. Fortunately, we found Frank's oasis in Virginia. The private pool, the cozy and beautiful guest house, and placing both in the middle of an idyllic, bucolic setting was exactly what we needed. "This ranked high on our " need to visit again" list. The charming barn / cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The free range chickens were a bonus for us. We enjoyed throwing a little chicken treat their way and watching them eat. We even threw a line into the pond and caught a few blue gills. The five foot black snake that crossed our path around the lake was a shock, but we got over it. We will for sure be back to enjoy this beautiful setting."

"As I pulled into the driveway, a herd of deer were grazing in the expansive pasture surrounded by woods. The neighbors were not nearby, however, the morning walkers were friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs and I cannot think of any reason to complain. Sleeping through the night and waking to piece and quite. The hostess was very gracious and non intrusive. "This is a fantastic cabin with a spectacular view. Enjoyed the solitude of no other houses within view, gives you the feeling of complete privacy. The cabin is very clean with comfortable furniture and plenty of supplies provided that you need for a long stay. It is within 30 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend Railway Cafe in Bassett and Pickle & Ash in Stuart. Did some hiking in nearby Fairystone State Park, good trails, moderate difficulty. Would definitely rent...
