"No heat in the room! Awoke to a room temp. of 67 F . Asked for a different room but was told that unless I was staying for two nights then there were no rooms available for me !
They had experienced heat problems in the past but thought it was fixed.
At breakfast everyone had to wear jackets
Breakfast had zero non dairy options for food.
Worst stay ever in a Hampton in over 25 years of being a Hilton Honors member . "

"The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. Very clean.Comfortable beds with fresh pillows. Good location right off the highway. Unfortunately the shower did not work so we were unable to shower.
I would definitely stay here again because of the low rates and comfortable beds and linen."
