It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. "Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. Not much privacy as someone was always coming to the property for some reason or other."

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"It was perfect for a family of nine and Martina and our hosts were amazing! This is a place you’ll never want to leave. One day there was a big wind storm and the pool was littered with leaves. Early the next morning a crew cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. They also arranged to have a wonderful dinner cooked for us that we will never forget. This is a perfect place to stage a large group going to Roma and Firenze."
