We had a great time here.
The hotel looks so nice, we're still impressed.
Rooms are clean, room service was excellent.
The owner is incredible and helps you to have a nice stay. They also book excursions / guided tours Fes and other cities, which I also totally recommend.
Thank you!
The place is very nicely remodeled with an excellent spa service. We recommend both the scrub & message. It was very good.
Our room was clean & spacious.
Just be aware that it’s quite a distance from old town if that’s important to you. It is not a riad, but a beautifully rejuvenated villa.
There are a few nice cafes about a 10 min. walk away.
The owner is extremely kind and considerate.
Hotel is the most beautiful Riad I stayed in Morocco. Attention was made to all the details with perfection in mind. The grounds are well manicured with orange, lemon trees which were in full bloom with heavenly scents . Fatima the owner goes extremely out of her way to please all the guests from their required food likes and dislikes for breakfast to their possible allergies. I requested from Fatima to arrange for our visit to the Medina and the exploring of Fes.
This is a solid 5 star place with only a 3 star price. I would stay there again and again
Perfection in everything
Super schöne Unterkunft und mega freundliche Gastgeber. Wir sind später als geplant eingetroffen und trotzdem haben sie uns noch einen mega freundlichen guid für die medina organisiert. Unser schönster Aufenthalt auf der gesamten Reise
It was a very comfortable and clean stay. We loved the stay and how Moroccan the style was. The bathrooms are usually the issue we run into when staying in Morocco. However this stay had a great restroom. Will stay again.
The room was a good size & decorated in very pretty Moroccan style furnishings. The breakfast was wonderful & served in a beautiful room. We stayed in a downstairs room & it was a little noisy because it was close to the entrance. Overall, very charming Riad.
We had an amazing experience! The place was gorgeous. Beautiful architecture and decorations. It was so nice to be able to speak in Spanish or English with the owner Mrs Fatima and the staff! They were absolutely amazing and super nice and treated and welcome us like family. The place is super clean and the house keeping staff wonderful. Take it from me being a house keeping manager and having high levels of cleanliness and service. They were a 10. One thing we learned and wish we knew since they were so knowledgeable was actually booking tours with them. They have a variety of tours that they can customize to your preference. I did like the location it felt safe, relaxing and quiet. They made us an authentic Morrocan dinner that was healthy and delicious and their breakfast was really good every morning. The airport transport was also great and easy. Also they offer spa services like the Hammam which I highly recommend. I will definitely come back to this Riad.
Fatema and her family take care of you like family. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Great people, great food, great beds, and exceeds all expectations.
Nous avons séjournés 4 nuits au sein du Riad et nous avons adorés. La chambre était joliment décorée et était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel sympas et à l’écoute... Bref, nous avons tout aimés.
Sehr malerisch ausgestattetezimmer, Augenweiden von Ornamenten uns dergleichen. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit geführt, sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück

Property is in residential area so yes it is quiet, down side is it is so out of the way that taxi drivers do not know the location of this Riad. We carried the name and address of the Riad, plus google map showing Riad location, all taxi drivers we found had to call the Riad to get direction. Some simply refused to take us. BTW you DO have to take taxis to all major attractions, including the Médina.
Fatima was a nice and helpful hostess but not always reliable ... promised to give us travel advice at 9:30am but never showed up until we had a worker woke her up from bed at 10:30am.
Also the phone line did not work the day we checked out which meant we couldn’t use credit card. Had to walk out via dark side streets to the main road at night to get a substantial amount of cash f on an ATM. Not a pleasant experience. Apparently, according to Fatima, problem with phone line happens quite often, so be prepared.
Overall, the stay was ok but I would recommend somewhere in old Fes.
Bad location, nothing within walking distance. Pushy staff trying to up sell tours with their commissioned partners. Bathroom was very outdated - shower sprayed everywhere and terrible pressure. Not a typical riad with a beautiful courtyard. Towels felt like sandpaper. Bedroom was nice and wifi worked well.
This is a beautiful Riad. With it’s gorgeous roses outside, to the most welcoming owner inside. The ambiance is breathtaking. A wonderful display of a traditional Moroccan home. I’m impressed with how well they were able to speak our languages. They were very helpful with anything we needed. I love that we had a common living room area to relax in, other than our bedroom. Breakfast in the morning was very traditional, homemade and delicious. This is such a beautiful place that I highly recommend someone to go see.
