The kitchen staff, janitor and security staff were brilliant - responsive, supportive, patient and very helpful. However, the reception staff were an opposite - unwilling to help us book our 2 rooms next to each other even though we had 2 kids under 5 and so we had to make do with walking across the cold corridor at night to see to their needs.
The amenities in the room were not so great - furniture in the rooms looked old, paint and door hinges coming off in certain areas, remote control falling apart, sofa chair smelling damp.
I tried calling the reception several times, and was unsure if it was connecting at all of they were just not picking up.
Overall, not sure I'd stay again if I have a similar or better option.
