"The roof top apartment high above the town and beaches did not disappoint. We were thrilled with our all too short visit but the spectacular sunset was everything we hoped to see. "We stayed in the castle 3 years ago and this was the only place on our return trip to Portugal that we had to revisit. We stayed in a suite this time and loved it. Bed is a bit short though. Breakfast is included and is totally worth it. Plenty of selections."

"Terrific hotel, right in the center of Obidos! Staff was wonderful and helpful and you are a short walk to the center of the castle in the old town. The view from our room was the spectacular site of the castle walls lit up at night and a church off to the right! Buffet breakfast was large and plentiful. The evening reception was very nice as well. The hotel itself is like a mini museum. We enjoyed walking around and looking in all the nooks and crannies. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool as a cold snap came in the days we were there but it looked wonderful. Key bonus was the indoor parking!!!"

"The moment we stepped onto the property, we felt like we were staying in a 5-Star resort. The location is breathtaking, and we enjoyed how close the three golf courses we played were. The views are nothing less than amazing. The free parking was another bonus since we rented a car, which allowed us to explore the area off the resort. All the restaurants had nice selections of food, and the buffet each morning was well prepared, with breads and meats. etc. We plan to return next year."
