"Sao Martinho is a jewel of a town and this place is close walking distance to everything. When the sun’s out, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Great yard with parking. Since it rained quite a bit during our stay, it dampened our visit. Again, we went during the off-season. Scott is very attentive and accommodating. Will go back to this place."

"A beautiful villa which was very clean and had everything you would need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. The closeness of Pingo Doce supermarket which was 10 minutes away meant we were never without fresh fish, meat , salad and wine. It was great to have the swimming pool to come back to after a day at the local beach in Foz Do Arelho, our favourite and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. We would definitely go back again and enjoy the surroundings even...

"Myself and a group of friends enjoyed a lovely stay in Salir do Porto. The villa is relatively small, but is well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The location is a short distance from the small village and the nearest beach, but the pool is excellent. The local manager, Adilia, is friendly and very helpful The local area is beautiful and has many attractions in close proximity. A car is recommended to get the best from the villa. Overall, highly recommended."

"Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. Location was wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to large grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again."

"We loved the house , modern, tastefully decorated. Fab garden and nice and quiet as is the resort. Local beach is 10 mins away by car and stunning. More like a surfing beach as waves are huge. Definitely recommend the house. The resort has a great golf course, some tennis and oaddle courts and a club house. A great week for my family"

"We travelled from the South of Spain in the summer to go somewhere cooler that had access to Golf, and plenty of space for our two dogs. Most days were 23C or thereabouts, and the property is on the edge of some great dog walking tracks. Pool was warm and clean, and property comfortable and everything worked well during our stay."

"Location is very nice, house is really good but poorly maintained and cleaned. Looks like owner is not using profesional cleaning services as is very visible when we arrived. "We had a bit of a problem when we arrived. First, the property address was not entirely correct and our Google Maps and Apple Maps took us to a place about a half mile from the property. We did not have a phone number for Joachim and when we called Homeaway, they couldn't locate him immediately. We found the property on our own by cruising the neighborhood, but had no way to get in. "Quiet and peaceful with plenty of room for our family time in north central Portugal. Beautiful Nazare harbor views - hear the waves crashing on the beach each morn. It is not in town so you will need a car to explore entire Nazare, but then again you probably have one to get here. Owner was very responsive to messages and we really had no issues."
