Large, comfortable rooms, well equipped. Extremely nice staff, who went out of their way to be helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet street that felt safe at night, and was an easily walkable distance from the centro historico. No negatives!

Do not stay here. Extortionists!!!!!

So this place is cute. However, if you are not Italian di not stay. Horrible to non natives Charged me for a bench i sat on and broke. I am not that big. Could not provide an estimate Whrn i said i would call the police they changed their tone. The worst place i have ever stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE!: HORRIBLY SMELLS IN APPARTMENT

Lovely!!!!!

I could not ask for a nicer place. The room was comfortable and well appointed. When I saw how small the breakfast area was, I thought they wouldn't have much. I was wrong! They had a wide variety that would suit anyone's diet. They even made special coffees for us. They were kind and helpful and were always asking if they could do anything for us. I will definitely stay here again.

Recommended - all you need for a comfortable stay

Had a very nice stay here while in Ferrara with my husband. Room was extremely clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. Nice touches like complimentary tea were a plus. Receptionist who checked us in was very helpful in his recommendations and had great info about the city. He was also very accomodating about an earlier check in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
