Modern Fernie Apartment with Pool & Hot Tub

Your door is down the hall from the building entrance. You come in by the kitchen, and a short hall opens into a bright, open-plan space. Straight ahead, the stone-surround gas fireplace sets the tone for the whole apartment.

The full kitchen has everything you need to cook in: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes, and utensils for five. We stock oil, salt, pepper, and locally roasted coffee beans, with a coffee maker and kettle ready for the morning. A breakfast bar looks out over the living space, so whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation.

The dining area sits just beyond the kitchen. Between the table and the breakfast bar, there's seating for everyone at mealtimes.

The living room is the heart of the apartment. Flip on the gas fireplace and settle in with the TV after a day on the mountain or the trails, or step out onto your private balcony, with its stone wall and timber railing. Your natural gas BBQ is out here too, and there's seating for two if you want your morning coffee in the fresh air.

The two bedrooms are set apart from the main living space. The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, wardrobe storage, and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with a queen on the bottom and a double on top, sleeping three: two below and one up top. A second full bathroom serves the rest of the apartment. Both bathrooms have a bathtub and are stocked with hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. A stacked washer and dryer is tucked into a closet, which helps on longer stays.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.

We've partnered with two local trusted companies to enhance your stay: StayIn, offering 24/7 online guest services, and Beyondbnb, providing dedicated support throughout your visit.

Once your stay is confirmed, we'll email you a secure link to your personalised StayIn guest guide, which sits outside of Vrbo. It has your check-in and check-out details, reservation, parking and property info, plus the option to accept or decline our damage waiver (see below).Your door codes appear in the guide 24 hours before check-in and start working at your check-in time. If you can't get online in that window, message us and we'll make other arrangements.

Accidents happen, right? Upgrade your Vrbo coverage with our optional damage waiver. For a small fee, you're covered for up to CA$1,000 in accidental damage, like lost keys, broken dishes, stains and scuffs. Opt in or out via your StayIn guest guide. If you skip it, you're responsible for any damage. It doesn't cover damage caused by any animal, intentional damage, negligence or extra cleaning.
