From the moment we arrived and she greeted us at reception to personally delivering our numerous bags to our room she was so friendly, efficient and personable. I mentioned to her that when we stayed at the hotel 2 years ago we enjoyed the chocolate offered to us. She went to the trouble to search out some chocolate for us and left us a very nice note in our room. She is a real asset to your organization.
