"The hotel overall was fine and what we expected. The problem and the reason for 1 star is due to the fact there was no water in the hotel in the morning. Not sure it was hotel’s fault, but they did nothing to compensate for this issue with their guests. Very disappointing. "

"The location is excellent for exploring Lisbon's main attractions. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet menu was delicious. Thank you so much!"

"Our room had multiple mold spots under the window. The window metal shutter did not close at all. There was parts of the wall that had fallen drywall spots so there were holes in the room. The toilet did not flush properly so we had to flush it at least 3 times. The bathroom had new tiling that was pretty but there was black mold at the base of the shower. The kitchen amenities were great though. There was a washing machine for doing laundry. The elevator worked well. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. "

"Truly a 10/10 experience. Great staff, hotel is so cute. Had a little dishwasher and kitchen set up if needed. Area was perfect. 100% coming back and upset I didn’t stay here the whole time. Speak easy, Mediterranean restaurant, and great Portuguese food. You’ll be sad if you skip this spot. "
