"The property is beautiful and clean! Everything worked properly and was exactly as described. There is an extra room with a table for an office which was a nice perk! Plenty of room for storage. The balcony was a highlight each night. Perfect location to travel and walking distance to grocery stores and central Aveiro. My only feedback would be that the air conditioner is only on the main floor so the bedroom in the loft was incredibly hot and did not get air circulation. We also could not...

"After sending 8 emails regarding the cancellation of this reservation I was suprised and amused to get yet another AI generated email that said how pleased you were to host us. I would suggest that Guest Ready ditch the AI and provide REAL HUMANS to actually read emails and care enough to provide a real response to problems. "Excellent stay in Aveiro. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable, high-quality bed and luxurious linens. The details made all the difference. The restaurant offered delicious food in a wonderful atmosphere. However, the food took so long to arrive that by the time it was served, the latte or coffee was already cold. The staff seemed to spend quite a bit of time chatting between serving guests. This is not intended as a harsh complaint, but a high-end hotel of this caliber would benefit from more attentive and efficient restaurant service. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay."
