「Great spot. Very cosy and organised for a small bedsit. So much so that we managed to fit four of us comfortably for three nights with wet weather. Thoughtful inclusion were soaps in the shower, clean towels and Netflix streaming. They might consider adding a couple of stools at their handy fold down table for when there are more than two people eating. Other than this, we can’t fault it and would definitely stay again.」

「We stayed at Luke and Kes’s little hobby farm and it was a slice of heaven. Luke is amazing with knowledge of the local area and has a great sense of humour. He is very helpful too. Feeding the animals and learning about them was incredible. The accommodation was so clean and well appointed. The mattresses were quite hard so if you have a back issue maybe consider a mattress topper. We felt like we had been there for ages after only a short stay. Definitely a piece of paradise.」

「街のほぼ中心に位置しており、買い物や食事へのアクセスが良かった。 ただ、ホテル自体が古いので設備も貧弱で望めるものはほぼなし。 ロビー中心にちょっとしたレストランとお決まりのバーがあるだけ。 エレベーターが離れた場所にそれぞれ１つずつの合計で２つしかないので、高層階だと移動にけっこう待つ。 休むためなら十分のホテルだけど、滞在を楽しむタイプではない。 イースターホリデーの泊まったからか、料金がべらぼうに高かった。 日本の高級ホテルに泊まれる値段の倍もした。」

「インド洋に面して建っているバンバリーでも最も古いホテルの一つ。ホテルというよりも、部屋はモーテルに近い。とにかく古いので、つくりは相当古いという覚悟が必要だ。前回はスタンダードルームに泊まったが、古い上に狭く二度と泊まれないと思った。今回はこのホテルのレストランでビジネス上の顧客と夕食をすることになり、宿泊となった。前回の苦い思いがあるので部屋をアップグレードし広い部屋をとった。アップグレードと言っても建物の古さは同じで、部屋が約倍に広くなっただけである。それでもまあ我慢すれば泊まれるといった感じだ。料金もそれなりに高いので好んで泊まるホテルではない。但し、食事だけはレベルが高いことは言っておこう。立地と食事がいいだけに残念だ。宿泊する部屋は監獄みたいな古さだから、立て直しをすればきっと人気が出るものと思う。」
