Welcome to your oceanfront getaway in the heart of Bethany Beach! This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath duplex (B Unit – North Side) offers stunning panoramic views from multiple furnished decks across four levels. Located just south of Maryland Street, this spacious home features private suites on the 2nd and 4th floors, along with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the 3rd floor, perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends.

The sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, with a king and queen suite on the 4th floor, a king suite and twin bedroom on the 2nd floor, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are four full bathrooms and one half bath to provide privacy and convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, toaster, standard drip coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Entertainment includes five smart TVs with streaming capabilities and high-speed WiFi throughout the home.

Outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and private beach access. Parking is available with a small garage and tandem space for up to four vehicles. Please note, pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited due to owner allergies.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 9 AM for this unit. Linens and towels can be added for an additional fee of $235. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

We especially appreciate the en suite baths for each bedroom, comfortable beds and the well equipped kitchen. The ocean front balconies are wonderful at any time of day. The location of the house is steps to the beach, an easy walk to restaurants, shops and activities in Fenwick Island and a short drive to other towns and state parks. This is a perfect place for families or groups of friends vacationing together.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This large home is located near many stores and restaurants but it is on a quiet street and the beach. We love being able to walk to get ice cream and breakfast. We enjoyed the back yard and decks. However, the beds weren't all comfortable and the kitchen could have used some basic items, like a cutting board, grill utensils, and more than 3 wine glasses. Wifi was not strong enough and the bedrooms could have used room-darkening curtains as an option. We will be back next year because we love the location and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom plus the half bath on the living floor, but we hope the owners invest some of our rent money to update the beds and maybe the sofa and kitchen items. The house was spotlessly clean with extra niceties like soap in each bathroom and paper products. Love the outside shower and grill area- a special treat.

The rental sits in an ideal location; beach front with easy access to beach and very short walks to shops, ice cream, and restaurants in fenwick. The property was clean inside and out. The small backyard was ideal for grilling and playing corn hole. The street that Ocean Shoals sits on is great for taking bike rides. The kitchen had adequate supplies. The bedrooms were very simple and had very small TVs for watching television. Several of the windows were very difficult to open and shut. It also has three flights of steps (no elevator).

The beach front is beautiful and not too crowded. Overall, the house is in good shape but some things are starting to show a bit of age like the stair carpets, the sofas and the small refrigerator. Outside space is wonderful. Parking can fit four cars which is nice for a four bedroom. It was very clean and had some great extras like soap and tp. TV were a disappointment- not high def which was a challenge when watching olympics. (Bedroom TVs were tiny and had no directions to be able to make them work. WiFi was spotty. Rainy days were a challenge) We will be back as the space was great and the balconies were amazing.
