Sadly the staff walked into my room when I had paid for late check out. They knocked on the door and I spoke to say hello and they just walked in which I found unacceptable. They said I should be out of the room but that was incorrect. There was no apology. I felt treated like I was a criminal. Very poor and I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times.

Cozy place with friendly staffs! Close to the train station and the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, stores etc! Love it!
