"We just left from our Spring Break vacation. Booked for family of 4 and the host couldn’t have made this a more enjoyable experience. He was readily available to answer any and all questions and happily provided suggestions as we were new to the area. The home was complete with the amenities needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We felt right at home and did not want to leave when it was time. The pool and hot tub were a daily enjoyment. My sons 12 & 11 loved the pool area as well as the game room! The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms provided all the storage we needed. I would highly recommend and stay again when in need for the area! Thank you again for a memorable stay and time for my family! "

"Spa had to be run 1 - 1 1/2 hours for it to warm up before using each day. Pool was too cool to enjoy. Sitting in the sun on the lanai was the highlight of the experience. The fenced yard was appreciated for our small dog. Host was very responsive when we called for assistance."

"The house was perfect! Enough room for our grown children and their family! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Lucas checked in frequently to be sure we were all set and had everything we needed! We all enjoyed a lot of time in the pool! Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and beach toys! It was difficult leaving this beautiful spacious house! We will definitely stay again when in Cape Coral! Highly recommend!!"

"We are three senior women and a 17-year old grandson traveling for his spring break in March, 2026. This was a lovely house with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen appliances were high quality. The pool and patio area was lovely - it offered a large covered area to escape from the sun for card playing, snacking, reading etc. - as well as the pool itself which we enjoyed daily after our activities. The house is near Pine Island and Matlacha and not far from Sanibel Island, the Minnesota Twins Spring Training field, and many other Florida attractions.It was an excellent value that worked well for our group and would also be great for families."

"Pictures must be from a while ago.. furniture all had stains, towels were all random thrown in together, when we arrived cleaners were still cleaning so we couldn’t check in till almost an hour after check in time, which i understand if people before us were dirty they needed more time but we were not accommodated for this. Also you could smell the cleaning chemicals before entering the house. We had toOpen all the windows to be able to breathe it was so potent. Was a bit grossed out due to the chemical smell and stains. House had a lot of room however. Pool we paid extra for heating and was told maintenance takes care of it but I found what looked like plastic strings, and artificial flowers in bottom that hadn’t been cleaned out. So we used it a total of maybe 3 hours the entire time we were there. "
