「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price.
It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am.
We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot.
Upon arrival we called, and soon after Maria greeted us welcome, and showed us the way to our room, asked us what time we would like breakfast and made sure we were all settled.
It felt more...

「If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
