A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Café da manhã espetacular!!!

Hotel novo e bem estruturado, com opções de lojas no térreo. Café da manhã espetacular!!! O quarto é simples, e a janela não abre, o que causou muita angustia a minha mulher, pois, além de claustrofóbico, nos impede de ventilar o quarto quando não quisermos ligar o ar condicionado. Um dos elevadores não serve aos andares dos quartos, e para acessar a garagem vc tem que descer ao lobby e pegar outro elevador, o mesmo ocorre quando vc sai do rooftop, tendo que descer ao lobby para subir novamente, um absurdo!!! O restaurante no rooftop é muito bom, uma vista linda, mas o som de DJ é insuportável, musica eletrônica de balada, incompatível com um local tranquilo para jantar.
